Virage Bayshore
Virage Bayshore is a 24-story luxury condominium overlooking Bayshore Boulevard. The design preserves and embraces the grand oak which anchors the soaring tower on the Bay in the port city of Tampa with a hugging curve. Just as this live oak welcomed guests of the former Colonnade restaurant, it now welcomes residents and guests to the landscaped arrival court, porte cochere and into the two-story main entry.
The building takes its cues from its location on the bay, acknowledging its best; perhaps recalling billowing sails or a moored cruise ship with prow shaped balconies. Clad in white stucco, expansive glass railings, and clear glazed openings lined with silver aluminum storefront, the building mirrors the ever-changing colors of the sky.
Via collaboration with neighbors, city planners, and focus groups, the tower footprint and two-story podium provide generous setbacks to enable a balance of hardscape, lush landscaping while being respectful of its neighbors. As encouraged by City zoning, the building steps back at levels 20 and 24 further enhancing the flowing composition. Level three includes a full complement of resort style amenities including a wellness/ yoga center, locker rooms, steam showers, private massage studio, two guest suites, pet grooming, private dining, and catering kitchen. The signature Club Room, Bar and Private Dining open directly to the outdoor infinity edge pool, firepit, and pavilion and spa all overlooking the Bay to the east.
All Tower, Estate, and Penthouse custom designs flow organically to create a private refuge for all 71 homes which orient the primary spaces and expansive terraces toward the commanding views across Hillsborough Bay to Downtown Tampa beyond. The tower gracefully embodies a celebration of life as a glistening beacon of light and space for its residents, guests, neighbors, and place in Tampa along the Bayshore.
